Before making this page we tested our best tricep workout for 6 weeks with 2 men of completely different body types (1 man: 6'2"/155lbs, other man: 5'5"/180lbs) and both experienced muscle and strength gains after 6 weeks.

Our best tricep workout should be done on the same day as you chest. You should have at least 48-72 hours between tricep workouts. And you should always train your chest first, and triceps last (this is explained on the tricep training page).
